Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy (AJIPT) affiliated to University of Delhi under Aegis of Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust organised intra college quiz competition “Brain Teasers 2023” on 13th – 14st of March 2023. This quiz comprised of Physiotherapy and General knowledge related questions.
Preliminary round took place on 13th March in which there were 2 teams from each house of 4 houses Red, Black, Blue and White consisting of one participant each from BPT 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year and Master’s student in total team of 5 who marked 100 questions which were mix of MCQ’s, one words and True/false in different subjects from physiotherapy syllabus.
1 team from each house Red, Black, Blue and White was selected on the basis of marks secured by them in the Preliminary round for the final event on 14th March. There were 5 rounds – MCQ round, Fill in the blanks round comprising of questions of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Electrotherapy Exercise therapy, Orthopaedics, Pharmacology, Neurology. Buzzer round consisted of different images related to Physiotherapy conditions and General knowledge, Mock presentation round consisting of the special test for confirmation of different orthopaedic conditions, Rapid fire round in which students answered 10 questions had 15 second to answer each questions and students performed remarkably well and gave Answers to a lot of Questions at the end Blue house(Shivani Dhinkar, Megha, Radhika, Simran Gupta, Nyasa Singhal) won the trophy for Brain Teasers 2023 scoring highest marks out of all the teams.
A total of 140 Students collective of Bachelors and Masters of Physiotherapy along with the Faculty members participated in the event. The Event was coordinated Dr. Mansi (Asst. Professor), Dr Preksha (Asst. Professor) and Dr. Madhvi (Asst. Professor).
